What is a Virtual Terminal?
It is web-based application software that functions as a point of sales terminal for businesses to manually process credit card by collecting the payment details from the customers via phone, fax, or other means. After the payment details have been collected (credit card number, name, address, etc) you log onto a secured website (the Virtual Terminal) and submit the payment. The transaction is processed in real time and you will know if the card is approved or declined within seconds. All that is required is internet connection, a web browser (Internet Explorer, Fire Fox, Google Chrome, etc) and a laptop or a computer to process payments. There is no software to download onto your computer and there is no hardware to buy to accept credit cards with a Virtual Terminal.
What Virtual Terminals do we provide?
Currently we support Authorize.net, Chase Paymentech Orbital, Linkpoint. We also support other gateways that are PCI compliant and certified by Visa/MasterCard.
What is the price?

Merchant can perform just about any function that they want such as refunds, voids, authorizations, partial payments, recurring payments, etc. Additionally, you can submit batches to be processed. All of the data is saved securely on a server so you can later retrieve and review the payment information. There are several reports that small business can query such as shipment status and transaction status. The API integrates into shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Services.
Moreover, all of the payment gateways that we support can also be integrated into any website. As an ecommerce website, you can utilize any shopping card software that is compatible with the gateway for you to process transaction online. This method allows for your customers to checkout by themselves on your website. E-check is also available for web-based transactions.
